The Punjabi of Pakistan

Almost 48% of Pakistan’s 170 million inhabitants belong to the Punjabi, the largest ethnic group in the nation. They are also the only ethnic group in Pakistan with a significant indigenous Christian presence. This makes them a strategic presence in the complex ethnic structure of Pakistan. If we could see the Punjabi church united, discipled and equipped for evangelism, this sleeping giant could change the spiritual environment of Pakistan forever.
